IT Project Manager needed for this professional services organisation that is mid-way through a broad programme of technology delivery across its core platforms and internal systems. This assignment is focused on hands-on delivery. The priority is to take ownership of active SaaS and internal IT initiatives, bring structure and momentum, and ensure workstreams are delivered cleanly through to adoption.

Experience delivering technology in professional services or consulting-led organisations is essential. You'll be operating at the centre of delivery, working closely with senior business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external vendors to keep projects on track, well governed, and aligned to commercial outcomes.

Scope of the assignment:
  • Lead delivery of SaaS and internal IT initiatives from definition through to rollout
  • Establish and manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Own governance, reporting, and senior stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to maintain pace and quality
  • Manage change control, testing, acceptance, and transition into live operation
  • Ensure solutions are embedded and adopted, not just delivered
What we're looking for:
  • Strong track record delivering SaaS or cloud-based platforms as an IT Project Manager
  • Experience operating in professional services, consulting, legal, finance, or similar regulated environments
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and delivery sponsors
  • Confident managing vendors and implementation partners
  • Pragmatic, structured approach to delivery and governance

This is a delivery-focused contract suited to an experienced Project Manager who can step into an active environment, take control of workstreams quickly, and drive outcomes without needing a long runway.
