We are recruiting an IT Project Manager for a professional services organisation that is delivering a significant programme of technology change across its business. This is a hands-on delivery role, focused on running SaaS based platforms and internal systems through full lifecycle implementation, from initial scoping through to rollout and adoption. The organisation works in a regulated, client facing environment, so experience delivering technology in professional services or consulting led businesses is critical.
You will be working closely with senior stakeholders, internal technology teams and third party vendors to ensure projects are delivered to plan, well governed and aligned to business outcomes.
What you will be doing:
- Managing end to end delivery of SaaS and internal IT projects
- Owning project plans, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies
- Running governance, reporting and senior stakeholder updates
- Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and implementation partners
- Managing change control, testing, sign off and transition into BAU
- Ensuring solutions are adopted and embedded across the business

- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering SaaS or cloud based platforms
- Background in professional services, consulting, legal, finance, accountancy or similar client facing environments
- Strong governance, documentation and stakeholder management skills

This 6 month FTC has been created to strengthen delivery across a number of active SaaS and internal IT initiatives that are already in flight. The organisation needs an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of workstreams quickly and bring structure and pace to delivery.
