We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and bilingual (English/Ukrainian) Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale DTEK's global digital marketing efforts. This role is central to strengthening DTEK's visibility, credibility, and engagement across international markets. You will own the digital marketing ecosystem β from websites and performance channels to analytics and optimization β ensuring that DTEK's story, initiatives, and leadership are effectively communicated to diverse stakeholders across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with DTEK's brand, corporate priorities, and international growth ambitions.
- Translate business and communications objectives into measurable digital outcomes.
- Own and continuously improve DTEK's website ecosystem, focusing on UX, SEO, conversion, and performance.
- Manage content structure, landing pages, and user journeys in collaboration with content and brand teams.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across paid channels (search, social, display) to support brand, corporate, and reputational goals.
- Optimize campaigns based on data, insights, and ROI.
- Oversee digital presence across key platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, strong engagement, and alignment with global positioning.
- Partner with content and communications teams to amplify priority narratives.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and dashboards; turn insights into action and continuous improvement.
- Lead end-to-end execution of digital campaigns supporting corporate initiatives, international events, reports, and key announcements.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Communications, and Marketing teams in Ukraine and internationally.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality, speed, and alignment.
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, introducing innovative approaches where relevant.
- Proven experience building and executing digital marketing strategies at scale.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, analytics, and website optimization.
- Ability to manage complex digital projects across multiple stakeholders and markets.
- Data-driven mindset combined with strong brand and storytelling sensibility.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Ukrainian proficiency required.
- Experience: 7β10+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or digital communications, ideally within large, complex, or regulated industries.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally, including occasional visits to Ukraine (with full security protocols).
