- Salary range £27000-£29000 per annum with bonus

DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role
The Integration Technical Analyst I within SIFMU Onboarding & Lifecycle Operations is responsible for helping the team with new member onboarding, account changes and supporting lifecycle activities.
The team will interact directly with potential new clients, delivering prompt and professional guidance to applicants as they navigate through the onboarding process.
Upon activation of membership, you will assist in processes and underpin the client account lifecycle including add-on accounts, products and services.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Manage cases and handle all aspects of the client lifecycle events.
- Provide testing support and answer client inquiries concerning account set-ups, files, subscriptions
- Coordinate with Integration Team as needed on client inquiries, project task or assignment.
- Accountable for the success of client lifecycle case work and the resolution of issues that arise.
- Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Represent Integration on cross functional teams within their assigned division as needed.
- Help SIFMU Integration team comply with controls for higher risk tasks.
- Build and maintain procedures or project materials as needed (document procedure, test plans, etc.).
- Aspire to gain knowledge on technical implementations for product and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all groups involved with onboarding and lifecycle activities.
- Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies by working across the client services teams and overall DTCC organization.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure, client-facing environment.
- Pay close attention to detail with a knack for identifying process and operational risks.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively to get things done, building, and nurturing strong relationships both with internal partners and clients.
