The Impact you will have in this role: The Product Management Executive Director at DTCC Digital Assets is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and implementation of Digital Financial Market Infrastructure for institutional financing markets. This critical position requires an innovative product leader with extensive experience in product and business development within both traditional and digital capital markets, executed on a large scale. The ideal candidate will represent DTCC as a Tokenization authority at key market forums, bringing substantial industry experience and a vision for transitioning clients to a digital asset ecosystem. This role is fundamental to DTCC’s strategic priorities, advancing our digital asset strategy, and improving our global network and connectivity. It strives to position DTCC as a leader in the digital ecosystem, driving institutional digital asset markets Your Primary Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Digital Assets product management team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business requirements. Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality execution of digital collateral products. Coordinate across the broader DTCC organization on securities finance strategy and business operations. Develop go-to-market strategies for digital products, leveraging DTCC Digital Launchpad Maintain a competitive view and strategic outlook on the business. Build commercial models and business plans to support new products. Understand client perspectives to ensure outstanding user experience. Coordinate with marketing and client teams to develop market messaging. Contribute to board-level materials. Work with legal and regulatory affairs teams to acquire approval for new products. Represent DTCC as a contributor to industry events, and other key industry forums Qualifications: At least 10 years of expertise in securities finance and collateral product leadership. Proven ability to develop solutions bridging traditional and digital markets. Experience in launching new businesses within regulated financial institutions. Strong network of senior partners, including clients, tech providers, market infrastructures, and digital asset service providers. Influential voice in digital capital markets. As DTCC expands its digital businesses, the candidate must have leadership experience. This includes gaining regulatory approvals, scaling the business, and hiring appropriate personnel. The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
