Role Overview

The Principal Application Support Engineer role specializes in maintaining and providing technical support for all applications that are beyond the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm. The role works closely with development teams, infrastructure partners, and internal/external clients to elevate and resolve technical support incidents.

What You Will Do

  • Perform deep analysis to identify potential failure points and implement controls to mitigate future failures.
  • Analyze multiple application alert trends.
  • Review and update articles and run books with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
