The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Automation Test Engineer to establish and maintain automated testing and validation capabilities across the IAM portfolio, including PAM, Vault, PKI, Active Directory, Service Accounts, and Access Management applications. The role will focus on building automated regression suites, validating IAM workflows, improving release quality, reducing manual testing effort, and ensuring secure and reliable IAM services across the enterprise. The ideal candidate should have strong automation engineering skills combined with a good understanding of IAM concepts, authentication, authorization, privileged access management, certificate lifecycle management, and directory services.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for IAM applications and services.
- Build and execute automated regression suites for PAM, Vault, PKI, Active Directory, ARC, and related IAM platforms.
- Develop end-to-end automated validation for critical IAM workflows.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
- Perform API testing and service validation for IAM integrations.
- Develop reusable automation components to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
- Validate application functionality following upgrades, patches, infrastructure changes, and new releases.
- Create automated smoke tests and health checks for production readiness validation.
- Collaborate with IAM engineering, operations, architecture, and application teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate test coverage.
- Analyze failures, identify root causes, and work with engineering teams to resolve defects.
- Maintain test data, test environments, and automation repositories.
- Generate test execution reports, quality metrics, and release readiness dashboards.
- Leverage AI-assisted testing tools and modern automation capabilities to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining evidence of testing and release validation activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed For Success:
- Minimum of 4 years related experience
- Strong experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, Postman
- Strong programming or scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience developing automated API validations.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
