The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

The Impact you will have in this role:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market adoption across DTCC’s Institutional Trade Processing (ITP) suite of products and services. This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for direct sales across both Buy-Side and Sell-Side clients within assigned territories. You will act as a strategic growth partner to clients and internal stakeholders, leading go-to-market execution, shaping territory strategies, and expanding adoption of DTCC’s post-trade solutions.

- Position DTCC as a trusted strategic partner in post-trade processing transformation.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market, segment, and campaign analysis.
- Partner with Product and Client Leads to define target clients, priority segments, and go-to-market strategies.
- Own the full sales lifecycle—from origination through close—ensuring all opportunities are accurately tracked and managed.
- Prospect, develop, and close new business within assigned geographic territories, leveraging a range of sales and lead-generation tools.
- Work closely with Client Leads and cross-functional partners to uncover and advance incremental revenue opportunities.
- Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and sales calls, providing clear follow-up and reporting.
- Deliver accurate pipeline visibility, forecasts, and activity updates to Management, maintaining rigorous CRM discipline.
- Execute targeted sales campaigns to grow client communities and support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing to identify, sponsor, and participate in relevant industry events.
- Represent DTCC at conferences, seminars, and external forums, serving as a senior ambassador for the firm.
- Build DTCC’s brand—and your own professional profile—through networking, thought leadership, and speaking opportunities.
- Uphold DTCC’s risk management standards by following established procedures, monitoring controls, and demonstrating the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant commercial, sales, fintech or financial markets role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven success selling products or services within post-trade or adjacent financial services environments.
Talents Needed for Success:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sophisticated go-to-market strategies across defined territories.
- Deep understanding of post-trade processing, client operating models, and associated pain points.
- Strong knowledge of ITP products and their application across Buy-Side, Sell-Side, and custodial clients.
- Highly collaborative, consultative approach with the ability to influence across matrixed organizations.
- Commercially driven, with a consistent track record of achieving growth targets.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
