About the Role

This position focuses on fault diagnostics and failure analysis of returned products, playing a key role in improving product reliability and customer experience.

The role involves interpreting results rather than component‑level repair, building insight, and feeding that back into engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate customer returns, identify faults using structured diagnostic techniques, and analyse trends across multiple units to understand root causes.
  • Use electronic test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters to support investigations.
  • Work closely with Hardware, RF, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement in product design and production processes.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to engineering and manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience using electronic test equipment is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and build insight.
  • Knowledge of RF is useful but not essential; opportunities exist to develop this expertise.
