We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a growing project delivery team operating within the data centre and critical infrastructure sectors. This role will take responsibility for the safe, commercial, technical and operational delivery of electrical and MEP packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. The successful candidate will have experience delivering complex building services installations and coordinating multidisciplinary teams on fast-paced projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager looking to work on large-scale mission critical, commercial or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of electrical and MEP packages from inception through to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams.
- Manage project planning, sequencing and progress reporting.
- Monitor labour, productivity and programme performance.
- Chair and attend client, subcontractor and coordination meetings.
- Oversee procurement schedules and material management.
- Manage technical queries, RFIs and design coordination.
