Senior Electrical Engineer (Data Centre)

Senior Electrical Engineer – Düsseldorf, Germany (Permanent) Key Responsibilities * Lead delivery of electrical systems within assigned project packages * Coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors * Review IFC drawings and specifications; manage RFIs and technical queries * Oversee BIM coordination to produce compliant installation drawings * Manage engineering activities to align with project programme and procurement * Support site safety, QA, testing, commissioning, and handover activities * Manage subcontractors, materials, and engineering work packs * Track progress, costs, risks, and report weekly to project stakeholders * Manage technical submittals and approvals * Mentor and support junior engineers Essential Criteria * 5+ years’ experience with an electrical or M&E contractor * Data Centre or Pharmaceutical experience required * Strong organisational and planning skills * Experience with CAD/BIM and project planning software (e.g. Primavera) * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability * Strong IT and reporting skills * Willingness to travel and work across Europe * Salary DOE Desirable * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work on own initiative * Experience with modular or off-site construction
