We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-paced and highly respected contractor delivering a wide range of construction and M&E (mechanical & electrical) projects. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing projects independently and will play a key role in the commercial delivery of multiple live sites.
Projects typically range in value from £100k to £2 million, and the role includes responsibility for cost reporting, procurement, and handling variations. Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial and financial aspects of up to 30 live projects
- Prepare and submit applications for payment
- Price and manage project variations
- Produce and analyse Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs)
- Lead procurement activity and supply chain engagement
- Liaise directly with site and operational teams to ensure accurate forecasting
