The Role
As Programme Leader, you will be responsible for delivering London Heathrow transformation programmes that drive strategic, operational and passenger outcomes. Operating at a senior level, you will lead complex, multi-project portfolios within a highly regulated airport environment, London Heathrow.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and lead airport-wide programmes from strategy to delivery
- Provide senior leadership on safety, sustainability and governance
- Manage programme partners, consultants and supply chain
- Oversee benefits realisation, budget control and performance reporting
- Lead stakeholder engagement at executive and operational levels
- Build capability and embed best practice across programme teams
About You
- Significant experience leading large, complex infrastructure programmes
- Strong background in regulated, operational environments (airport, transport, utilities)
- Expert in programme management methodologies (MSP or equivalent)
