We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major data centre project in Docklands.
The role will support the Senior Project Manager and take responsibility for driving electrical packages, site delivery and programme performance through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Project Manager with overall electrical project delivery.
- Manage and drive electrical packages through to completion.
- Manage electrical programme, sequencing and progress.
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Monitor labour, productivity and programme performance.
- Manage technical queries, RFIs and installation issues.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality.
- Attend and lead electrical progress and coordination meetings.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
- Produce progress updates and short-term look-ahead programmes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
- Must have previous data centre project experience.
- Strong electrical background with experience delivering major electrical packages.
- Experience managing subcontractors and electrical site teams.
- Strong programme and project delivery experience.
- Good understanding of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS Management Card.
- Relevant electrical qualification.
