Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including safety, quality, and programme delivery
  • Oversee site safety in conjunction with the Safety Advisor, including setup and close-out of Safety Files
  • Coordinate with QA, Package Managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure Right First Time electrical installation
  • Manage project schedules, weekly look-aheads, and subcontractor activities
  • Track progress, labour hours, productivity, and manpower levels
  • Chair weekly subcontractor meetings and issue internal progress reports
  • Manage snagging, punch lists, and full project close-out documentation (O&M manuals, QA and Safety files)
  • Schedule electrical materials and deliveries in line with the construction programme
  • Attend site, coordination, planning, and handover meetings
  • Provide technical guidance to electrical installation teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Essential Criteria

  • Trade background with 5–10 years’ experience supervising large electrical installation crews and subcontractors
  • Data Centre or Pharmaceutical experience required
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale electrical installation projects
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Experience in design & build environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
  • Good IT, reporting, and documentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work in Europe

  • Experience delivering complex, large-scale projects
