Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including safety, quality, and programme delivery
- Oversee site safety in conjunction with the Safety Advisor, including setup and close-out of Safety Files
- Coordinate with QA, Package Managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure Right First Time electrical installation
- Manage project schedules, weekly look-aheads, and subcontractor activities
- Track progress, labour hours, productivity, and manpower levels
- Chair weekly subcontractor meetings and issue internal progress reports
- Manage snagging, punch lists, and full project close-out documentation (O&M manuals, QA and Safety files)
- Schedule electrical materials and deliveries in line with the construction programme
- Attend site, coordination, planning, and handover meetings
- Provide technical guidance to electrical installation teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Essential Criteria
- Trade background with 5–10 years’ experience supervising large electrical installation crews and subcontractors
- Data Centre or Pharmaceutical experience required
- Proven track record delivering large-scale electrical installation projects
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Experience in design & build environments
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
- Good IT, reporting, and documentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel and work in Europe
Desirable
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience delivering complex, large-scale projects
