We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Improver to join our team on a long-term project based in RH10. This role is ideal for an experienced improver with a solid background in commercial or industrial electrical installations and the ability to work to a high standard while supporting qualified electricians on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting electricians with installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems
- Installing containment, trunking, conduit, and cable trays
- Pulling, terminating, and labelling cables
- Supporting first and second fix electrical works
- Ensuring work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Improver on commercial or industrial sites, specifically DC or laboratory experience
- ECS or CSCS card (essential)
- Basic hand tools and PPE
- Good understanding of electrical installation practices
- Ability to follow drawings and instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
