CSA Project Manager – Data Centre Location: Camberley, Surrey Salary: £70,000–£85,000 DOE Start Date: 1 October 2026 Employment Type: Permanent / PAYE Reports to: Project Director / Senior Project Manager Role Overview We are looking for an experienced CSA Project Manager with proven data centre experience to manage the delivery of internal CSA and architectural packages on a major data centre project in Camberley. This role is focused on the internal fit-out rather than the external shell or structural build, with responsibility for packages including screeding, raised/suspended flooring, partition walls, white walls, ceilings, doors and windows. The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and coordination with MEP teams through to completion and handover. Key Responsibilities * Manage delivery of internal CSA and architectural packages * Oversee screeding and floor preparation works * Manage raised and suspended flooring packages * Oversee partition walls and white wall systems * Manage suspended ceilings and associated ceiling packages * Coordinate installation of doors, frames, ironmongery and windows * Manage subcontractors and site teams to programme * Coordinate CSA works closely with mechanical and electrical installations * Review drawings, specifications, RAMS and technical information * Monitor programme progress and identify potential delays * Ensure works are completed to the required quality and specification * Manage inspections, snagging, defects and close-out * Maintain strong Health & Safety standards across all works * Attend coordination and progress meetings * Provide regular progress updates to the senior project team * Support successful completion and handover of all CSA packages Experience Required * Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager, Construction Manager or Package Manager on data centre projects * Previous data centre experience is essential * Strong experience managing internal CSA and architectural fit-out packages * Good knowledge of screeding, raised/suspended flooring, partition walls, white walls, ceilings, doors and windows * Experience managing multiple subcontractors and work packages * Strong understanding of programme, sequencing and coordination * Experience coordinating CSA works alongside MEP installations within data centre environments * Good understanding of QA/QC, snagging, defects and handover * Strong communication and site management skills Qualifications * SMSTS * Appropriate CSCS card * Relevant construction, engineering or project management qualification preferred * First Aid qualification advantageous Role Summary This is an opportunity for an experienced data centre CSA Project Manager to take ownership of the internal architectural packages on a major project in Camberley, managing delivery through to completion and handover
