DT Physio is an independent, specialist home-visit physiotherapy service founded to deliver structured, high-quality rehabilitation across London. The focus is on supporting adults following illness, surgery, injury, and hospital discharge, helping them regain independence and confidence within their own homes through thoughtful, well-paced, functional rehabilitation delivered without the time constraints often seen within the public health service.

The service has grown steadily and, due to increasing demand, I am now expanding capacity and looking to work with experienced physiotherapists based in London.

The Role

  • This is a self-employed associate position delivering high-quality rehabilitation within patients' homes.
  • Flexible working structure
  • Caseload built gradually and sustainably
  • Centralised administration and invoicing
  • Potential to increase workload over time

You will manage your own caseload autonomously within a structured and professionally governed service. Sessions are 45–60 minutes, allowing time for comprehensive assessment, progression, education, and real-world functional rehabilitation.

Typical Caseload

  • Post-hospital discharge rehabilitation
  • Older adult reablement and frailty
  • Neurological presentations
  • Falls prevention and mobility rehabilitation
  • Orthopaedic recovery and functional restoration

The work is calm, patient-centred, and outcomes focused.

Requirements: Please only apply if you:

  • Are HCPC registered
  • Are a CSP member
  • Have a minimum of 2–3 years' UK experience within the NHS or private practice
  • Live within London
  • Are confident working independently in patients' homes
  • Are comfortable with lone working and travelling between patients

Broad clinical experience across neurology, MSK, orthopaedics, and care of older adults is highly desirable. Strong clinical reasoning, red flag awareness, and clear documentation skills are essential. Enhanced DBS and evidence of ongoing CPD are required.

What This Role Offers

  • Meaningful community-based rehabilitation delivered without restrictive time pressures
  • Professional autonomy within a structured service
  • Clear governance without micromanagement
  • Sustainable workload growth
  • Opportunity to contribute to a growing specialist practice
