Location: Sloane Square, London (4 days in-office, Fridays WFH)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

As our founder continues to expand the agency’s footprint both nationally and globally, we are seeking a discreet, highly organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to support her in both professional and occasional personal capacities.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a career-focused PA to become the right hand to a high-profile founder. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated, a team player, and capable of juggling ever-shifting priorities with grace and precision. You will be based in our Sloane Square offices Monday to Thursday, with Fridays remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full diary management including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Inbox and communication management
  • Booking and coordinating complex international travel (private and commercial)
  • Acting as gatekeeper and managing all incoming requests
  • Liaising with VIP clients, editors, brand founders, and key stakeholders
  • Building relationships with their respective assistants
  • Personal errands and lifestyle support (reservations, deliveries, gifting, dog walking etc.)
  • Managing expenses, invoices, and supporting administrative tasks across the business
  • Supporting the founder in strategic planning and ensuring timely follow-up of key actions
