Known for their strategic work and focus on brand development, Dominique and her team expertly harness the power of brand storytelling whilst delivering bespoke communications strategies that encompass compelling brand partnerships, influencer marketing management and experiential events that disrupt, drive commercial success and build cultural relevance around brands.

DT CONSULTING is seeking a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and client leadership. You will work across leading fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, shaping narratives, managing senior relationships and delivering thoughtful PR strategies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead day to day management of key client accounts
  • Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted team member owning client comms
  • Develop and deliver PR strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Own and oversee press office activity including messaging, launches and gifting lists
  • Drive coverage across print and digital press, guided by key industry connections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists and cultural tastemakers
  • Build and activate a strong influencer and creator community across fashion, beauty and lifestyle
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
  • Identify new opportunities for clients including partnerships and creative activations
  • Support new business pitches and agency growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years experience in beauty PR
  • Must have strong established press contacts across UK fashion, beauty and culture media
  • Must have a strong and active influencer and creator network
  • Proven experience managing clients independently
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to lead projects and teams independently and efficiently
