What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system
- Conducting cycle counts and stock checks
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Supporting inventory audits and compliance activities
- Monitoring stock movements and system transactions
- Producing inventory reports and analysing stock data
- Working closely with warehouse, operational, and customer service teams
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Following all health, safety, and quality procedures
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, warehousing, or logistics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills
- Experience using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
Desirable:
- Import and export freight forwarding experience
- Experience across multiple transport modes and industry sectors
