As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll oversee a section of our warehouse, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and supporting the management team in achieving business targets. You'll lead a team of operatives, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and motivating your team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
  • Training new operatives and supporting ongoing development.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and stock movement records.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and fostering a culture of safe working.
  • Producing reports, assisting with stock takes, and planning future capacity needs.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transport partners, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role.
  • Strong people‑management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
