As Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee a section of our warehouse, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the management team in achieving business targets. You'll lead a team of Team Leaders and operatives, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Managing and motivating the team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
- Coaching and supporting ongoing development of the team.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock movement records.
