Main Purpose of the role
DSV are recruiting for a Finance Administrator based in our offices in Heathrow to support the financial performance and compliance of the branch by ensuring the accurate processing and review of supplier invoices, maintaining financial integrity across operational job files, supporting credit control activities, and assisting with customer account management across both the General Freight and Aerospace departments.

What will you be doing?
- Evaluate and approve supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review job file accounting to ensure correct cost and revenue recognition.
- Monitor and validate accruals and Work In Progress (WIP) balances.
- Support resolution of customer billing disputes and invoice queries.
- Assist with bad debt prevention and credit control activities.
- Work closely with operational teams to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
- Support financial reporting requirements for the Heathrow General and Aerospace departments.
About You
- Strong understanding of financial administration and accounting principles.
- Ability to process and review financial transactions accurately.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Air Freight and Aerospace operations would be advantageous.
- Preferred experience using CargoWise within a freight forwarding environment.
