Control Tower Assistant

Main Purpose of the role
DSV are recruiting for a Control Tower Assistant in Bristol. This role will ensure smooth operations by handling day-to-day irregularities, liaising with customers and suppliers, and maintaining compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulations.
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for tasks with low to medium complexity
- Handle day-to-day operational challenges or irregularities, escalating when appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service by liaising with customers and suppliers
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs)
- Provide support for the team by completing additional tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulations
About You
- Can work under pressure and be focused with good attention to detail.
- Be Flexible and adaptable
- Possess good analytical skills
- Logical thinking ability
- Excellent command of the English language
- Previous knowledge and be proficient in the use of MS Office
