Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and shaping the future of WMS and IT-enabled change across a dynamic, multi‑site organisation? We’re looking for an experienced Business Change Consultant to join our Solutions WMS Team and play a pivotal role in transforming how our sites operate across the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the Business Change Manager, you will work collaboratively with project workstream leads, operational teams, and global support functions to deliver high‑impact solutions that enhance performance, strengthen standardisation, and elevate the customer experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the build and test phases of WMS/IT setups, ensuring quality, governance, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Champion process optimisation, streamlining activity and ensuring effective use of Change Requests, IT Support workflows and BCM approval systems.
  • Partner with Project, Finance & Admin Teams to ensure new customer implementations are delivered to an exceptional standard, meeting all operational and stakeholder requirements.
  • Analyse business insights with Business Change Managers to identify opportunities for innovation and performance enhancement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Global BCM and IT teams to ensure UK&I requirements are efficiently implemented, tested, and deployed.
  • Explore new technologies, working with global functions to assess potential solutions and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring WMS setups evolve to meet the needs of each site.

About You

  • Previous experience in Operational and Financial Management within large, multi‑user environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS and EDI systems.
  • Understanding of business development processes, including data analysis and rate card interpretation.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of achieving and exceeding business goals.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma).
  • Ability to lead and motivate both direct and indirect teams.
  • Highly motivated, positive, and proactive approach to work.
  • Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Full UK driving licence (regular travel is required).
