Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee changes.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Support HR queries, sickness and absence tracking, and system access requests.
- Generate contracts and onboarding documents, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate compliance checks (e.g. DBS, right to work, reference checks) within defined timelines.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Experience using SAP Success Factors would be highly beneficial.
