Join our Road Division in Bradford as an HGV Class 1 Driver. We are pleased to announce a vacancy within our Road division team for an HGV C+E Day Driver. You will be part of a team of over 30 drivers, delivering exceptional service and playing a key role in our operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the latest high spec equipment, including VOLVO and Mercedes vehicles. If you have a passion for driving and delivering goods while providing exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Multi-drop deliveries and collections through the North of England
- Perform daily walk round checks and report any defects
- Communicate with the transport office
- Efficient and safe transport of goods
Location and Schedule:
- Location: Bradford
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (EU Drivers’ Hours Regulation – EC561/2006)
- Overtime after 48 hours
About You (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Possess a valid HGV Class 1 license max permittable points = 6 No DD, DR, DG or IN Endorsements
- Valid Digicard
- Valid Drivers CPC
- A good understanding of EU and WTD Driver’s hours regulations
