We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator with experience in warehousing and customer service to join our team in Slough. You will contribute to the smooth and efficient processing of warehouse operational activities to achieve KPI’s and standards and exceed customer expectations.

What will you be doing?

  • Undertaking all activities in accordance with current legislation, company policies and procedures, standing instructions and contract practices.
  • Ensuring all documentation and information is handled and completed as required.
  • Working effectively, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements are adhered to and maintained.
  • Operating company equipment in a safe and proper fashion.
  • Attending or completing any developmental training as required.
  • Maintaining all aspects of security on site according to the standards set.
  • Monitoring, picking and packing orders via internal systems.
  • Customer service – communicating with the customer and providing updates on order progress.
  • Monitoring and replying to emails.

About You

  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience within an administrative role.
  • A team player who is willing to contribute positively to the group.
  • Willingness to be flexible in undertaking alternative activities.
  • Experience of an In-House Warehouse Management System – RF Scanning / Unit Picking experience.
  • Desirable but not essential – Ability to drive MHE (Reach truck and/or counterbalance); if none, a willingness to be trained.
