What will you be doing?
- As a Warehouse Team Leader, oversee a section of the warehouse, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the management team in achieving business targets.
- Lead a team of operatives, coordinate workloads, monitor performance, and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
- Manage and motivate your team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
- Train new operatives and support ongoing development.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and foster a culture of safe working.
- Produce reports, assist with stock takes, and plan future capacity needs.
