What will you be doing?

  • As a Warehouse Team Leader, oversee a section of the warehouse, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the management team in achieving business targets.
  • Lead a team of operatives, coordinate workloads, monitor performance, and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Manage and motivate your team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
  • Train new operatives and support ongoing development.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and foster a culture of safe working.
  • Produce reports, assist with stock takes, and plan future capacity needs.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transport partners, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.

  • Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role.
