What you will be doing:
- Lead all warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Group Audit standards.
- Control operational costs in line with budget and forecasts.
- Review weekly operational reports, investigate variances, and drive corrective actions.
- Plan resource levels to meet seasonal and volume fluctuations.
- Support recruitment and retention of warehouse staff.
- Mentor and develop team leaders, providing clear feedback and support.
- Ensure strong adherence to WMS processes.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.
