DSV is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist in Feltham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company committed to providing quality, innovative logistics services, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of cargo in accordance with operational procedures and statutory requirements, including Health & Safety, to the satisfaction of clients and the profit of the company.
Key Tasks
- Timely and effective communication with customers, partners, and internal departments via email and telephone.
- Monitoring to ensure deliveries are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Proactive problem solving with customers and colleagues when issues arise.
- Resolving credit management queries where necessary.
- General administrative duties.
Skills and Competencies
- Provision of PODs to meet customer requirements where necessary.
- Providing KPI reports both externally and internally as required.
- Ensuring consignments are rated correctly for accurate and timely invoicing.
- Ensuring delivery and collection consignments contain correct information.
- Liaising with operations and overseas offices to meet customer commitments.
- Updating/verifying the DSV Order Management System with customer booking details.
