  • Main Purpose of the role

DSV are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to be responsible for providing administrative support to warehouse operations and freight forwarding departments, ensuring accurate records, processing documentation, coordinating with warehouse, transport and planning departments as well as customers and overseas partner offices.

This role helps maintain efficient processes and the movement of goods through the network by managing data entry, reporting, and communication while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

What will you be doing?

  • Previous experience in an administrative, warehouse or logistics support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution.
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and transport management systems.
