Warehouse Supervisor

  • Mon - Fri 7‑4pm‑10‑7pm

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate all aspects of Boeing inbound, warehousing, and outbound operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to make a real impact by driving operational excellence and ensuring customer KPIs and company objectives are consistently achieved.

What you will be doing?

  • Oversee daily planning of outbound shipments and guide your team to meet KPIs and monthly targets.
  • Take ownership of KPI reporting and performance analysis.
  • Review and improve office processes, implementing operational excellence tools to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Respond to customer needs proactively, sharing insights and best practices with your team.
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems and health & safety procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues such as shortages, damages, and missed deliveries, implementing corrective actions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage staff resources effectively and support training and development initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar logistics supervisory role.
  • Aerospace or aircraft stores experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • IT proficiency and a data‑driven mindset.
  • Enthusiastic about coaching and motivating teams.
  • FAA‑approved ODA experience would be a significant advantage.
