Responsibilities
- Day to day responsibility for the running of the contract in a customer service capacity.
- Meet the customer’s operational requirements.
- Ensure deliveries are made on time in full.
- Provide first line support for customer and DSV to proactively handle issues.
- Support colleagues across departments to deliver enhanced service while maintaining and promoting DSV best practices.
- Complete/populate location KPIs and manage customer invoicing processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Understanding of warehouse and logistic operations.
- Good communication and organisational skills, effective time management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- IT literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Problem‑solving ability.
- Understanding of CargoWrite is desired; training will be provided.
