DSV is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Inventory Supervisor to take the lead in maintaining accuracy, efficiency and excellence across our inventory operations. If you thrive in a fast paced warehouse environment and enjoy solving problems before they become challenges, this is the role for you.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading daily briefs and assigning clear tasks to Stock Controllers
  • Ensuring all stock control activities are completed accurately and on time
  • Acting as the WMS specialist and training new starters
  • Investigating discrepancies, identifying root causes and driving improvements
  • Managing daily cycle counting, put away and outbound checks
  • Supporting operations with queries including nil picks and discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate fixed pickface and location checks
  • Carrying out adjustments, consolidations and back-to-stock processes
  • Providing general operational support when needed

About You

  • GCSE-level (or equivalent) English & Maths
  • Experience in a warehouse environment
  • Understanding of basic Health & Safety
  • Strong initiative and a continuous-improvement mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time
