What will you be doing?
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for various types of MHE, including forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions and classroom instruction to new hires and current employees.
- Ensure training materials are up-to-date and in line with current regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct practical assessments and written tests to evaluate trainees' competency.
- Issue certifications to operators who meet the required standards of proficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions and certifications.
- Ensure all training programs comply with UK health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a culture of safety within the workplace through regular training and awareness sessions.
- Stay current with changes in safety regulations and update training programs accordingly.

About You
