DSV are looking to recruit an experienced warehouse operative to join our new team in Slough. You will contribute to the smooth and efficient processing of warehouse operational activities to achieve KPIs and standards and exceed customer expectations.
Main Purpose of the role:
- Undertaking all activities in accordance with current legislation, company policies and procedures, standing instructions and contract practices.
- Ensuring all documentation and information is handled and completed as required.
- To work effectively, ensuring that all Service Level Agreements are adhered to and maintained.
- Operating company equipment in a safe and proper fashion.
- Attending or completing any developmental training as required.
- Maintaining all aspects of security on site according to the standards set.
About You:
- Previous experience within a warehouse environment.
- A team player who is willing to contribute positively to the group.
- Willingness to be flexible in undertaking alternative shifts.
- Experience of an in-house WMS system - RF scanning / unit picking experience.
- Ability to drive MHE (reach truck and/or counterbalance).
