We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven P&O Business Partner Support to join our team, reporting into one of our HR Managers.
In this role, you’ll contribute to a wide variety of HR functions—from employee relations to compliance, policy improvement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
You’ll be providing exceptional service to your stakeholders while continuing to develop yourself professionally.

What will you be doing?
- Be the first point of contact for managers on day-to-day employee relations and performance management queries
- Prepare essential HR administration including disciplinary invites, outcomes, absence reviews, terminations, severance letters, and TUPE documentation
- Support the HR Team and HR Managers with initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience
- Identify and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures
- Deliver training and development support for people managers across HR topics, including Inductions, Disciplinaries, Investigations, and more
- Provide assistance to HR Managers on ad hoc priorities
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Advisor role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Sound judgement, analytical thinking, and problem solving abilities
- Customer focused approach with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle a varied workload
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
