DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our fast‑paced team in Brackmills, Northampton. Bring reliability, safety‑consciousness and a hands‑on attitude to support our daily warehouse operations.

Role Summary

  • Location: Brackmills, Northampton
  • Shift: Mon‑Fri 14:00‑22:00
  • Time Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Unload, check, and prepare goods for storage or dispatch.
  • Pick, pack, label and palletise products accurately.
  • Process returned goods and maintain stock integrity.
  • Perform quality checks and support inventory audits.
  • Operate manual handling equipment and complete safety inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Report incidents and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Good understanding of health & safety practices.
  • Good level of spoken and written English, with the ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic IT and data entry skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage own time.
  • MHE licences (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, etc.) desirable.
  • Own transport required.
