We are recruiting for a Logistics Co‑ordinator to provide administrative support to warehouse operations and freight forwarding departments. The role ensures accurate records, processes documentation, coordinates with warehouse, transport, and planning departments as well as customers and overseas partner offices. This role maintains efficient processes and facilitates the movement of goods through the network by managing data entry, reporting, and communication while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, warehouse or logistics support role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and transport management systems
  • Customer‑focused with dedication to deliver high‑quality service
