DSV is seeking a Control Tower Assistant to join the Pharmaceutical 4PL Control Tower in Bristol, due to company growth. For more about DSV, see the links at the bottom of the page.
This role involves hands-on operational finance work within a multi-modal environment, including customer and supplier liaison, job execution, and handling irregularities. The successful candidate will receive training on QMS systems and GDP compliance.
Key Tasks
- Work within a 4PL Control Tower involving customer and supplier liaison
- Provide proactive customer service
- Maintain attention to detail in data entry and review
- Ensure compliance with standards
- Handle irregularities and escalate as needed
- Adhere to SOPs and meet KPIs
- Utilize Excel skills (preferred but not essential)
- Audit, dispute, and approve purchase invoices
- Create sales invoices
