Role
Administration Specialist – Feltham
Time: Full Time | Days: 5 per week (including some weekend) | Hours: 9:00‑17:00 (35 hours per week)
What you will be doing
- Air and Sea Import billing to Customers & Overseas Agents
- Intercompany Cost Control
- Intercompany Queries on incorrect invoicing
- Updating new client rates in internal system (CW1)
- Direct contact with overseas offices/agents and customers
About You
- Basic understanding of client rates or quotations for Air or Ocean freight would be desirable
- Understanding of the transport and logistics industry would be advantageous
- Previous administration or invoicing experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Office 365: Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Team player
