Join Our Team as an Operations Administrator – Nights
Are you a detail-oriented administrator seeking a new, challenging role? Look no further! We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Heston warehouse on the night shift. If you have a passion for accuracy, excellent communication skills, and experience in exports and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Working Hours: 19:00-07:00, 4 on 4 off
Location: Heston (TW5 9NB)
What Will You Be Doing?
- Preparing accurate shipping documents for the distribution and export of aircraft spares to various destinations globally.
- Updating and utilising various systems to facilitate seamless workflow and data management.
- Assisting with data uploads to maintain accurate records and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Providing excellent service to collecting agents upon their arrival, ensuring a smooth handover of goods.
About You:
- Effective communication skills
- Good mathematical skills to accurately handle calculations and data analysis.
- Exports and customer service experience is preferred
