Job Req Number: 95457 Time Type: Full Time Training Manager DSV is seeking a dedicated Training Manager at our Mercia Park location due to company growth. The Training Manager reports to the General Manager and collaborates closely with Training Specialists, BCM, and Operational Teams. This role is vital within the Contract Logistics Management Team, working with all business leads to meet and exceed both customer and internal expectations as outlined in the Business Plan. The primary responsibilities include delivering WMS training according to the Global BCM Framework, and managing management training courses, plans, and campaigns to support broader business needs. Key Tasks Manage the Training Team to define and deliver training for new customer implementations, site/client moves, and continuous improvement projects. Ensure staff adhere to the RPP and meet training requirements. Collaborate with HR, BCM, Business Development, Finance, and Admin teams to support ongoing and new client projects, leading workstreams in training roles. Duties / Responsibilities Train and develop Training Specialists. Deliver WMS and operational training across multiple levels. Create support plans for key projects and collaborate on people development initiatives. Survey staff to support retention and development strategies. Represent UK & IE BCM in project updates and communicate key information to wider teams. Develop robust processes for training nominations and KPI tracking. Deliver internal HR training programs. Key Accountable Areas Oversee daily training processes, ensuring quality and compliance, and seek continuous process improvements. Coordinate with Business Development, Project, Finance, and Admin teams to ensure effective implementation of new projects. Analyze operational data to identify performance improvements and innovations. Manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews of direct and indirect reports, fostering employee engagement. Maintain strong relationships with global BCM and HR to support talent development. Support continuous improvement programs and uphold DSV’s professional standards and communication practices. General Responsibilities Comply with all company policies, legislative requirements, and health and safety standards. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company\’s image. Participate in development training and uphold quality assurance standards.
