Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Heston, (TW5 9NB)
Shifts: Monday-Friday -Days
What will you be doing?
- Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure the safe, accurate and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse.
- Monitor and maintain service levels to meet customer and contractual requirements.
- Promote a strong health, safety and quality culture within the operation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, legislation and warehouse best practices.
- Complete and oversee operational administration and documentation to a high standard.
- Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
- Assist with training and developing team members to maximise performance and engagement.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics or contract logistics environment.
- Experience in a supervisory, team leader or senior warehouse operative role.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to motivate others and drive results.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to support operational requirements.
- A positive mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
