Shifts: Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:00
Location: Mercia Park Unit 5, Swadlincote
What will you be doing?
- Manage and motivate the team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
- Train new operatives and support ongoing development.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and foster a culture of safe working.
- Produce reports, assist with stock takes, and plan future capacity needs.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transport partners, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.

- Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role.
