What will you be doing?
- Managing and motivating the team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
- Coaching and supporting ongoing development of Team Leaders and operatives.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock movement records.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and fostering a culture of safe working.
