Warehouse Supervisor – Full Time

Shifts: Sunday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:00

Location: Raunds, Wellingborough

What will you be doing?

  • Managing and motivating the team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
  • Coaching and supporting ongoing development of Team Leaders and operatives.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and stock movement records.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and fostering a culture of safe working.
  • Producing reports, assisting with stock takes, and planning future capacity needs.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transport partners, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
