Responsibilities:
- Process and consolidate export airfreight shipments.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of export documentation (AWBs, manifests, customs entries) with high level of detail on data quality.
- Liaise with airlines, handling agents, and internal teams for flight bookings and space confirmations.
- Monitor and update shipment status in the system.
- Handle security screening compliance and ensure cargo meets airline and both origin and destination country regulatory requirements.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid delays.
About You:
- Over 2 years of Export Air Experience.
- Customer focused with dedication to deliver high quality service.
- Ability to maintain a positive mind‑set when working under pressure, re‑prioritising workload where necessary.
- Can multitask and have strong problem‑solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with a polite, courteous, and professional telephone manner.
