Main Purpose of the role
DSV are seeking a Freight Forwarder role within the full load department based in Immingham. The role will have responsibility for full load import and export movements from Scandinavia.
What will you be doing?
- Timely and effective communication with partners and internal departments via e-mail/telephone
- Liaise with operations and overseas offices to ensure customer commitments are delivered upon
- Support our internal stakeholders and execution of various administrative tasks which supports the handling of shipments.
- Effective daily monitoring to ensure collections and deliveries are completed within the agreed timelines
- Pro-active problem solving with customers and colleagues when issues arise
- General day to day administrative duties.

- IT literate in Microsoft Office
